My projectd rehab scope is $30,000, with holding costs estimated at $10,000. Aftter rehab, the properyt's ARV is $180,000. I'm projectign a net profit of $20,000. As a seasoned landlord, I alwys emphasize the importance of thorough property analysis and understnading local market trends. In this case, the Richmond market is showing signs of growth, with increasing demand for renovated homes.
