I'd like to drill down on the financials. What vacancy assumptions are we working with, and how often do you reconcile CAM charges? Additionally, what's the credit profile of the tenants in these single-tenant NNN deals? Are we looking at national brands or local operators? Understanding these factors will help determine the true risk and potential returns on investment.
