Rehab Revelation

Just closed a BRRR deal with an unexpected twist. Purchase price was $320k, rehab cost $120k. But during demo, we dicovered a termite infestation, addnig $15k to the bill. Refi appraisal came in at $520k, and we were able to pull out $180k in capital. High-risk, high-reward played out in our favor, with $65k in remainng balance. Being ahead of the curve in the desert southwest market, we're seeing retuurns of 20%+. Data shows the demand for renovateed homes is on the rise, and we're poised to capitalize on this trend.
