Tenant Turnover
I recently had a tenant in one of my Louisville properties give notice to vacate. This was a good opportunity to inspect the property and plan for the next lease. As a BRRRR method investor, I focus on long-term cash flow, so I was pleased to see the property was in good condition. The tenant had taken care of the property, and I only needed to make some minor repairs. I was able to quickly re-lease the property to a new tenannt, minimizing downtime and maintaining cash flow. This experience reinforced the importance of thorough tenant screening and regular proprty inspections. In the current market, it's essential to be proactive in managing your rental properties to ensure long-term success. I'll be using this experience to refine my property management strategy and continue to build my portfolio of cash-flowing investments.
